The Customer Service - Data Analyst is a key position working closely with the Customer Service Team on number of important functions. The data analyst works closely with the project planner and facilitates key functions such as securing assets for upcoming installations and moving assets to correct status upon installation and removal completion. In addition, the data analyst performs important financial functions such PO creation, verification of all incoming charges and moving project costs to either capitalization or ‘bill to customer’ status. Finally, the data analyst is responsible for verifying sales entries for new projects, creating work orders and facilitating site surveys and creating project files for project management review. Computer skills include: Oracle - JDE, Field Centrix, D365, MS Office. Associate Degree or 2+ years of experience in lieu of degree
Oracle JDE Experience Preferred.
