Client Services Representative for Relocation and Real Estate Services Company

Coldwell Banker Premier Realty, owned by husband-and-wife real estate team Bob and Molly Hamrick, is in search of a servant hearted individual to work in the Client Services department, which provides relocation and referral services, and is an important part of the organization and a key contributor to the bottom line.

Primary Objective: To deliver iconic customer service to customers, clients, agents and brokers to ensure Coldwell Banker Premier is the company of choice for all residential real estate needs in the Las
Vegas metropolitan area.
Primary Areas of Responsibility: Manage real estate referrals from assigned accounts to ensure a high conversion rate to generate more sales and revenue and deliver customer and client satisfaction.
Referral Management:
- Manage all types of referrals to include incoming, outgoing, affinity, rental and listing referrals as assigned
- Focus on achieving established performance metrics internally and from external sources of business
- Perform activities that includes referral follow up, referral placement, customer communication, agent selection and ensuring referral fees are paid
- Attend leadership,branch office meetings and industry events as required
- Nurture new and existing sources of business
- Communicate regularly with the corporate, affinity and relocation management company contacts regarding referral status
- Enter referral and closing data into tracking software in a timely fashion
- Work the agent team to ensure they are meeting all requirements regarding updates, customer satisfaction, conversion and deadlines
- Addresses or escalates any service issues to resolution
- Assist with administrative duties and agent training as needed
- Assist in creating communication and marketing pieces
- Other tasks, as assigned or as needed
General Requirements and Skills Needed:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Rank HIGH on the customer service scale
- Understand the Microsoft Office Suite (and handle/organize a large volume of email)
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly and create presentations and communication as needed
- Attention to detail and strong organization skills
- Possesses problem solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and prioritize workload
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative team player
- Comfortable speaking on the phone to clients
- Comfortable speaking publicly to deliver training and presentations
- Work with agents, leadership, clients, and customers to create an environment of collaboration and respect.
- Desire to work hard and be of service, but thoroughly enjoy a great, fun environment/team
- Marketing, social media management, and copywriting/communications experience a plus
- Real estate-related experience a plus
Job info:
Full-time position, 8:00-5:00 M-F, paid time off as accrued, Medical, and 401K offered
Location: Las Vegas area with some opportunity to work from home on agreed-upon days
