Overview The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Representative- is to consistently execute the Company Customer Service SOP and deliver best-in-class service to Company Customers. Temporarily telework and some in office training. Monday through Friday 40 hrs a week. Company paid benefits-Life insurance, STD & LTD. Inter-branch and/or offsite meetings on occasion require vehicular travel. Most of the day will be spent in a sitting position, with frequent use of computer and phone equipment.
