Expected Salary $20-23 per hour plus benefits and available bonus Job Description Persevus is working with a client in the building materials industry that is looking to hire a Customer Service Coordinator for the Denver, Colorado area. In this role, customers will contact you via phone, email, or occasionally walk-in and it will be your duty to understand what problem they are experiencing and how to fix it, then generate a quote for the necessary parts and labor, and get them scheduled. This is a full-time position 40 hours per week. Responsibilities Resolve customer technical issues by obtaining information, identifying the problem and providing technical assistance. Provide information about the products and services. Document and update customer records based on interactions within the client systems. Continually develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
