Legend Senior Living is looking for an organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual to join the team as a Customer Service Associate. This role would provide a wide variety of administrative support to enrich the lives of our residents and our associates. Successful Customer Service Associates possess the ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy. Responsibilities would include but not be limited to: Greeting/assisting visitors at the front desk and routing incoming phone calls Various recruiting responsibilities such as: forwarding applications, scheduling interviews, running background checks and drug screens, entering new associates and their paperwork into an online HR management system, maintaining employee files Various accounts payable & accounts receivable responsibilities, such as:Entering transactions into an expense tracking report, submitting invoices/checks, collecting/depositing rent payments Assisting department heads with training by: printing training forms, submitting and documenting completed trainings, running reports of overdue trainings Assist the Residence Director in submitting various employee-related forms, such as: Legend of Honor, meeting minutes, associate injuries, garnishments, employment verifications, etc. Managing an online timekeeping system by: entering new associates, correcting punches, documenting absences Other administrative support as assigned by the Residence Director Requirements The Customer Service Associate we select must have working knowledge in Microsoft Office and Outlook software.
