RSL is a manufacturer of steel entry doors and doorglass. We sell our products to wholesale distributors throughout the U.S. Our headquarters are in Egg Harbor Township, NJ and we have production facilities in Ohio & New Jersey with affiliate production facilities in 13 other locations in Canada & France. The company has operated successfully for over 55 years without interruption, layoffs or significant management changes. Our company seeks a responsible individual with Excel proficiency to provide excellent customer service for hundreds of customers by email and phone. This is not a retail opportunity. Manufacturing experience preferred but not necessary. During these unusual times of responding to a pandemic, our customer service department operates remotely. When it is a safe, our team will return to M-F work in our Egg Harbor Township, NJ office. Principle Duties & Responsibilities: *Develop expert product knowledge of residential steel doors & doorglass *Provide over-all support to customers by phone and email *Establish pricing and enter orders in Oracle or Sage daily *Process RMAs & credits *Analyze warehouse stocking levels to create replenishment orders as needed *Proof new orders to ensure accuracy Job Requirements: *5 years of sales support and customer service experience *Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word & Excel *Excellent communication skills both verbal and written COVID-19 considerations: we have converted to remote work for team safety.
