Customer Service Administrator/Service Warranty Administrator This position is an entry level Warranty Administrator role. This position will require interaction with our dealer network, technical service team and other company stakeholders. Dealer interaction is primarily via phone, requiring effective verbal communication skills and proper phone etiquette. Experience in AS400 system is a plus and understanding of auto/motorcycle manufacturer warranty is a benefit.
