What is this role about?

As a Customer Experience Coordinator you will be expected to provide outstanding customer support through lead tracking, sales, scheduling and other customer service functions as necessary. You will also be expected to work with a small team of technicians and their daily routes. If you are someone who enjoys working as a team, answering customer calls, monthly team building, a positive work environment, plus much more, this job is for you! A competitive drive and the ability to overcome objections is beneficial. Experience or knowledge of the pest control industry is not necessary but a positive attitude is a must!

What does a "Day-in-the-Life" look like?

  • Arrive at the office by 8 A.M., check emails, voicemails, and anything else that has come in overnight.

  • Meet with each technician on your team and go over daily routes.

  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails and text messages and assist current customers with their pest control needs.

  • Collaborate with other office team members and help each other with tasks when needed.

  • Go home at the end of the day knowing you made a difference in your customers peace of mind and well being!


What do I need to be successful?

  • High school graduate/having a GED and a valid driver’s license are both requirements

  • You are personable and enjoy interacting with customers

  • You are self-motivated and have a strong work ethic

  • You can effectively present information to customers one-on-one and in small groups

  • You are detailed oriented with outstanding time management skills

  • Problem solver with a “can do” attitude
