About the role:
In the Customer Care Representative role, you'll spend your days making meaningful connections with customers and assisting them in selecting products they need to improve their quality of life. Our representatives handle a variety of calls including providing product information, placing orders and answering shipping and/or billing questions, and any inquiry or need that our customers may have.
Most importantly, we exercise compassion in all of our interactions with our customers, because after all the relationship we build with our customers is not just a punch line, it's the pillar of our business.

• Consult with customers about their personal health care needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Build strong, trusting relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and continued relationship with HDIS

• Work directly with customers through the entire purchasing cycle, from order entry, to payment and delivery options
