POSITION: Ability to work in a fast pace environment with great multitasking skills while maintaining outstanding customer service. As a Customer Care Representative one must have the ability to capture the callers needs/requests, screen calls and determine suitable level of service. Verify insurance and authorizations provided. Must be a team player with problem solving skills & strong phone etiquette. Excellent customer service, verbal, written skills and speak English (Spanish Highly Preferred) Ability to use a computer aided dispatch (CAD) program and type 35 wpm or higher. PHYSICAL DEMANDS : Requires typing, bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, lifting, sitting and other repetitive movements.
