The Culinary Lead will direct and oversee line level colleagues on culinary tasks and performances, check quality of finished food products, utilize proper knife skills, and ensure efficient preparation methods and procedures in our pastry shop. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of hotel kitchen operations and skills to be able to work in all kitchens, such as specialty restaurants, three-meal restaurants, banquets, saucier, butcher, and must have basic skills in the pastry shop. The Culinary Lead will support the Pastry Sous Chef in the pastry shop’s operation and should be capable of assuming the responsibility of the pastry shop in the absence of the Pastry Sous Chef.
