Job Overview Our CSR’s need to have the ability to take and handle a high volume of phone calls, emails, and SMS messages all the while delivery a world class customer experience. We need CSR’s committed to quality and who pride themselves in the details. Our CSR’s need to be friendly and upbeat on our phones and leave their customers amazed with their commitment to customer service. CSR’s primary responsibilities and duties are to: · Provide an amazing customer experience for our customers. · Build Positive relationships with our Technicians and Sales Force · Scheduling and Routing of our appointments · Software Audits and Reporting Our CSR’s achieve the duties above by: · Answering the phone within the 3rd ring · Promptly handling and returning all emails and SMS alerts coming in · Crystal clear communication with our techs and sales force · Actively checking for and immediately returning voicemail messages · Proactively calling customers to follow up on service and check for overall account satisfaction · Promptly sending out appointment reminders and making sure the communication with customers in high end · Notating detailed customer notes on all accounts with all customer interactions Job Requirements: · Pass our background check · Pass our drug screen ( we also do random drug screening) · Be able to work Saturdays and holidays as needed · Be Proficient with the Microsoft Suite · Be Proficient with computers · Be commitment to world class customer service · Have experience in conflict resolution · Have 6 months experience in Customer Service · Have proficient skills in handling upset customers and turning them into happy customers · Have 6 months of experience using company phone, relay, and answering systems · Be able to type 50 WPM Pay Starts between $ 12/ hr. - $13 /hr. depending on experience.
