What We Are Looking For…

• Assist customers by answering questions, presenting products and services, checking for stock availability.
• Sell devices, accessories and other Cricket offerings.
• Must maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to understand and implement our sales process.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to complete sales tasks and meet quotas.
• Must be able to work the varied hours of retail, to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age and obtained a high school diploma or GED.

Even Better if You …

• Have experience in retail sales or customer service background is a plus, but not required.
• Speak Spanish and English fluently.
