Provide friendly, accurate and efficient service to customers in a safe and clean profit center that consistently provides superior “Daymaker” service. Position responsibilities fall into five major areas: Job Knowledge, Safety & Sanitation, Personal Relations, Guest Experience and Operational Standards. Employees achieve success in the position by effectively accomplishing the following responsibilities:

? Practices safe food handling and storage.
? Ensures the work area and equipment is clean and sanitized at all times.
? Trains in own position. Cross trains in other positions.
? Willingly helps other employees when needed.
? Upholds company and brand standards.
? Notifies manager of positive and negative feedback from guests.
? Suggests and supports innovative ideas.
