The Opportunity: The Creative Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the operational and administrative inner-workings of the creative department. A successful Operations Manager will bridge communication and efficient work processes between Project Management, Creative, and Account Service teams. You’ll be the key to streamlining internal creative and production operations across the agency, ensuring creative teams are leveraging tools and processes correctly, communicating status regularly, and addressing allocation and budget issues in a timely manner.
This person will work within the Creative department while reporting to the Chief Creative Officer.
