DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a Creative Director looking to move up. Great with concepts, comfortable with clients and an understanding of the latest digital and cultural products, trends and patterns. You're able to play with language and you're great with strategy. You would also have healthcare experience and a great portfolio to share. You will be helping to ensure the success of high-profile marketing and branding projects and balancing the load between Creative and the Executive Creative Director.

SALARY

$100,000-$120,000 Annually + Benefits

Full-Time, Permanent (Exempt), 40 hours

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

English/business/advertising degree or equivalent work experience

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and experience with talent casting, print, radio and video production; Familiarity in selecting and working with Designers, Illustrators, Photographers, Producers, Directors, etc. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and editing skills; Healthcare experience a plus with portfolio samples.

KEY DUTIES

  • Defining and executing conceptual directions and design/copy strategies, that meet clients’ business
  • Developing creative solutions for traditional and digital media
  • Review and approve designs, artwork, copy, photography, and graphics developed by other staff members, providing creative guidance where applicable
  • Maintaining client and team relationships at the highest levels
  • Coordinate project activities with other artistic and creative positions/teams
  • Providing frequent, clear, and concise communication on the status of agency and client deliverables Ensuring a high level of execution and implementation
  • Other duties as directed by Executive Management

OTHER KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Consistency in relieving Executive Creative Director of day-to-day client creative development and project maintenance in order to focus on other priorities
  • Consistent, accurate use of time billing software and file management systems
  • Timely project updates to Executive Creative Director and Project Leads
  • Spending time understanding the business needs of the clients/projects and applying those learnings
  • Client presentation skills
  • Team relationship building
  • Mentoring creative staff and creative staff managers
