Statewide Procurement
8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week with occasional evening, weekend and holiday hours. Hours may change based on business needs and may vary in accordance with division policies for Work Alternative Schedules (WALT).
Contract Specialist IV - $4,500.00 to $5,000.00

Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Contract Specialist III:
Three (3) years of experience developing, managing, evaluating, or monitoring contracts, procedural review, analysis, planning, documentation, spend analysis, supply chain management, or strategic sourcing.
Contract Specialist III:
One (1) year of experience planning, developing, drafting, managing or overseeing contract instruments or purchase orders per the guidelines and procedures published in the Texas Procurement Manual and the Texas Contract Management Guide.
