Candidates for this position should expect to:

- Receive 1099 Pay Structure - employer will present W-9 Form and Independent Contractor Agreement for signature upon the onboarding of first shift;

- Work from mobile office building, greeting patients in their vehicle; days will occasionally be windy, cold, rainy, etc, and will involve 90% standing and walking;

- Wearing appropriate PPE throughout each shift, as directed by the CDC (provided by employer); working in close contact with sick patients, and close quarters with co-workers; operating by commonly accepted sterile medical procedures;

- Collecting demographics from the patient; performing nasal swab specimen collection; sealing and preparing collected samples including matching with appropriate labels; entering patient's information in EHR system; maintaining important organizational integrity and correctly qualifying and filing paperwork; and

- Other duties as prescribed. We will be opening multiple locations in the coming weeks, and may inquire about availability to drive to other locations daily or temporarily, around that time.

- RELIABILITY AND PUNCTUALITY ARE ESSENTIAL AND WILL BE CLOSELY MONITORED FOR CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
