We have a strong outside sales force that generates leads weekly which our Estimator will then walk and bid for various trades including carpentry, painting, iron fabrication, waterproofing, deck repairs and more.

This position is hybrid as you can do many of the admin related tasks from home, but the majority of the week will be in the field taking measurements and photos.

To be a good fit as our Estimator you will need:

- At least 3 years of reconstruction experience.

• In depth knowledge of means and methods for many trades. Able to create scopes of work based on existing property conditions.
• A carpentry background is a real plus.
• A valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Self-motivation, a strong work ethic and the ability to set and achieve goals

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
