Job Description

Nova Group, GBC (Nova) is seeking a Corporate Scheduler in support of the Corporate Resources team. Primary responsibilities will include the day to day scheduling of due diligence projects on behalf of all Nova teams, primarily consisting of Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessments. This work will require daily interactions across Nova project teams, field staff and contractors through phone, email, and other scheduling/digital platforms. This candidate will be responsible to learn standard due diligence scopes of work and associated federal, state and local certification/licensing requirements. The candidate will be required to manage the scheduling/staffing of projects according to client-specific scopes, schedules and certification/licensing needs. This position will also provide support to the Corporate Resources team, including management of employees and contractors, administration of electronic scheduling, project tracking and report writing systems and other administrative duties, as needed.

Essential Experience and Attributes

• 5+ years of experience in an administrative support role;
• Excellent time management, organizational, written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong technical writing skills and proven attention to detail;
• Highly responsive to internal and external communications/requests;
• Capacity to work on multiple initiatives simultaneously/multi-task;
• Ability to perform and persevere in fast-paced environment to ensure deadlines are met;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to “think outside the box”;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook;
• Comfort using mobile technology and open to new technological solutions;
• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred;
• Familiarity with the real estate due diligence industry preferred;
• Physical Demands: Ability to sit at a desk for extended periods of time.
