Technical Recruiter
JOB SUMMARY
Talent Acquisition Specialist IIs are responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants for open positions and facilitate the CSI employee selection and hiring processes. In addition to their normal recruiting workload, they are typically assigned the complex, highly specialized searches. They establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring needs while continuously building a viable talent pool for the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyzes open and desired positions. Refines recruiting strategies to achieve desired hiring results.
- Assists with managing relationships with 3rd party recruitment organizations for productive engagements.
- Partners with hiring managers to compose and place advertising for open positions in publications, both online and print. Executes and communicates search strategies (e.g., social media, campus and event-based, employee referral, etc.)
- Demonstrates proficient knowledge in a particular company line of business, function, or technologies to quickly identify and screen prospective applicants; provides management a pipeline of qualified candidates; makes candidate hiring recommendations to management.
- Engages in highly specialized searches.
- Participate in organized recruiting events (e.g., career fairs, etc.). Liaise with colleges, universities, partners, and external recruitment staff to build relationships. Visit campuses and make presentations to portray the organization positively during informal and formal events.
- Promotes a positive company image to candidates and external service providers.
- Arranges for management interviews; assists with virtual and/or travel arrangements as necessary; provides management direction on staffing policies and procedures.
- Documents interactions, outreach, and screening results. Makes recommendations for, gathers, and reports on staffing metrics.
- Negotiates and/or supports hiring managers in developing new hire compensation packages/offers.
- Accurately crafts employment letters to extend offers to both internal and external candidates.
- Initiates employment background, drug screening, and/or other pre-employment processes.
- Supports and maintains various CSI career development programs.
- Provides mentorship to less experienced Talent Acquisition Specialists in difficult situations; refers to management as appropriate.
- May assist with the immigration process.
- May participate in other HR-related projects and performs other duties as assigned.

- Qualified talent pipeline.
- Positions filled timely; on average within 45 days.
- Recruitment programs, policies, and practices are consistently administered.
- Positive relationships with hiring managers, recruitment organizations and various sourcing avenues.
- Projects delivered on time with expected results.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certifications:
Education or job knowledge equivalent to a college or university undergraduate education. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
Experience:
The minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job, is at least five (5) years recruitment and talent acquisition.

Travel: Some travel required (20% - 35%).
