Corporate Receptionist Details

We have an opening for a Corporate Receptionist to come join our team in San Francisco!

This position has primary job functions of: professionally greeting/assisting employees and clients, administrative functions, managing reservations of conference rooms and meetings, and providing office service and hospitality. This position will oversee operational need and direct staff as needed.

Shift: Typically Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

The ideal candidate:

  • 1-3+ years of top tier reception/concierge customer service work. Any experience performing general office work such as facilities, mail services, general office hospitality work is helpful.
  • Customer service professional, always willing to go above and beyond
  • Takes initiative and pride in their work
  • Enjoys working in a team environment and is motivated by results
  • Likes to be cross-trained to learn different and new areas.
  • Strong aptitude in technology: Multi-phone line systems, PC/Mac systems, MS Office experience, Multifunctional devices (i.e. Copiers/Scanners), Fax/mail machines and/or other devices used in SPS service areas.
