Position: We are seeking a talented administrative assistant to support the firm’s growing Corporate Group. The candidate must be able to multi-task, possess strong written and verbal communications skills, and must enjoy working in fast-paced environment. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel). The ideal candidate would possess 3 + years’ experience lending support to responsibilities which will include the following: · Liaise with Human Resources for in-office onboarding needs for new hires The Executive Assistant is expected to reside within commuting distance of Manhattan, and work from the firm’s office (located at 40 Fulton Street, New York, NY 10038) several days each week. The Executive Assistant shall be permitted to work remotely for portions of each week subject to coordination with the Corporate Group’s Partner.
