Job Summary
Our company is looking for a self motivated, detailed oriented and experienced person to join our team to lead and manage the finance department.
Primary Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze financial reports for 30 separate entities
- Calculation of profit share based on employment agreements
- Provide leadership and support to operational accounting department (accounting and bookkeeping for 30+ separate entities)
- Provide leadership and support to trust accounting department (daily reconciliations, wire department, escheatments)
- Manage preparation of personal property returns and licensing & insurance applications
- Hiring for vacancies and growth of the team
- Lead and manage a team of 4-5 with goals of managing a team of up to 40.
Qualifications and Skills
- MBA & CPA preferred
- Accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management role
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Ability to lead the accounting team

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
