Dunlap Bennett & Ludwig seeks a full-time Associate Attorney specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions. This job is located in our Tysons Corner, Virginia office. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience, excellent oral and written communications skills, and a positive attitude. Applicants MUST be currently admitted to practice law in Virginia.

• Must be currently admitted to practice law in Virginia
• Prior M&A experience
