Responsibilities

Role Purpose:
The Entertainment Brand Marketing Coordinator will report to the Brand Marketing Manager and will assist in coordinating and aligning full marketing campaign plans by working with cross-functional teams at Bravo and E!. Coordinator will support a highly motivated marketing team in concepting, developing and executing marketing campaigns for Bravo and E!’s original series. This includes brand initiatives across both networks including experiential marketing programs, tentpole cultural events and activations, strategic partnerships, and commerce initiatives. The Coordinator role will also play a key role in monitoring cultural trends on both a macro and micro level, to inform our marketing and promotional strategies. This position. The ideal candidate will have a creative sensibility, be a highly organized self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of the marketing team in developing buzzworthy, strategic and targeted promotional campaigns to support original programming and brand initiatives for Bravo & E!
  • Work collaboratively with various internal departments in executing all aspects of holistic marketing campaigns (including but not limited to brand strategy, social, digital, publicity, marketing creative and production, research, programming, legal, and multiplatform media)
  • Help Manager with day-to-day communications with internal key stakeholders and external agency partners
  • Assist in the planning and execution of assigned projects, which includes brainstorming fresh ideas for activations across our owned channels, experiential, OOH, promotional partnerships, multi-market stunts, with flawless attention to detail
  • Serve as point person within the department on cultural insights and research, monitoring and proactively sharing emerging trends across multiple industries to inform brand and show campaign strategies and ideation
  • Assist in the development of promotional briefs, creative briefs, presentation decks and campaign recap decks to be shared with internal and external partners
  • Serve as main point of contact for marketing asset requests for assigned projects, by coordinating logistics and overseeing timelines and deliverables
  • Liaise with external vendors and agencies on delivering campaign assets and facilitating approvals
  • Assist Brand Marketing Manager with company-wide efforts that are of priority each quarter
  • Coordinate department budget by managing processing and tracking invoices
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and presentations
  • Continuously ideate, identify and share creative marketing ideas & stay on top of industry trends, events and unique opportunities

Qualifications/Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Genuine interest in entertainment and pop culture
  • Good leadership ability
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace while managing multiple tasks and maintaining a professional attitude
  • Superior organizational skills and strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively
  • Proactive in keeping abreast of industry developments and company news
  • Ability to initiate projects and see them through to completion
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
