Lewis-Clark State College is seeking a Controller to join our team!
This position is exempt from classified state service and the rules of the Division of Human Resources and the Idaho Personnel Commission.
This position is responsible for the operation of the college's financial accounting system including receipts and disbursements. The primary responsibilities include financial statement presentation and financial oversight of treasury management, accounts payable, grants accounting, payroll, and supervision of respective personnel. This position also assists the Lewis-Clark State College Foundation with financial statements and analysis.
Essential Functions:
Minimum Qualifications
Oversee college checking accounts including responsibility for all receipts. disbursements, and banking activity including investing excess funds.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university along with CPA license; OR a Master's degree from a regionally accredited college or university in a related field.
