***Banking transactions and reconciliations for multiple accounts
***Multi-state taxes
***Processing payroll and weekly 941 deposits; P&Ls; Balance Sheets; Excise Tax
***Oversee and assist -
Accounts payable
Accounts Receivable
Budget management
*Forensic Accounting *
Monthly P and L reports
Maintain and insure accuracy of all reports
Pinpoint areas of improvement and cost analysis of expenditures
Multi State reporting
Dept of Revenue,
Employment Security
L&I filings; including:
Labor and industries, Intents and Affidavits
Bookkeeping experience in the construction industry
Construction accounting and an understanding of business operations
