MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Basic Function: The purpose of this position is to ensure a smooth running operation by guaranteeing that all employees are perform their job functions in an efficient manner and delivering the highest level of customer service to our client. Essential Functions Responsibilities: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Availability to Work: Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or weekends may be a requirement. Available to work special and additional shift requirements depending on the locations needs. Education/Experience Required: High School education or equivalent education required. Minimum one year call center and supervisory experience required. Knowledge Required: Proficient computer skills involving using the internet, word processors, spreadsheets and websites to their fullest extent. Microsoft Office experience required. Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees of the company. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money. Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but standard written or oral instructions. Ability to effectively respond to customer problems or complaints under pressure. Appearance: Employees will be required to maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times. This position is largely sedentary, and work will be fast paced. The ideal candidate should be able to shift priorities quickly based on business needs, carry out a variety of recurring technical activities, and coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms. Benefits Include: After 90 days full time employees become eligible for dental, medical, and vision insurance, paid holidays, sick time, and vacation.
