Employment Type : Full-Time

We are offering a $1,000 signing bonus! $500 paid after 30 days of hire and the additional $500 paid after 60 days of hire.

Starting Pay: $23.00/PER HOUR

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Basic Function: The purpose of this position is to ensure a smooth running operation by guaranteeing that all employees are perform their job functions in an efficient manner and delivering the highest level of customer service to our client.

Essential Functions Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Control Room including assisting Control Room Attendants in performing their job duties and coverage for all assigned shifts.
  • Investigate complex customer issues by determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to resolution.
  • Complete daily site audits.
  • Review reports on the Control Room Activities.
  • Assist Accounting Manager with any cash or credit card transactions and reporting.
  • Trouble-shooting equipment issues and report service call requests to the Senior Operations Manager.
  • Use the disciplinary process to correct inappropriate behavior, correct decision-making deficiencies or improve performance of employees with the approval of on-site senior management and HR.
  • Gather critical incident information and reporting it to the manager(s) as soon as possible. Follow guidelines as it relates to reporting incidents.
  • Report accurate data and incident-reporting in compliance with established reporting requirements.
  • Participate in trainings.
  • Respond to the investigation of major incidents.
  • Communicate with lane supervisors as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Qualification Requirements: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Availability to Work: Availability to work 2nd shift, 3rd shift and/or weekends may be a requirement. Available to work special and additional shift requirements depending on the locations needs.

Education/Experience Required: High School education or equivalent education required. Minimum one year call center and supervisory experience required.

Knowledge Required: Proficient computer skills involving using the internet, word processors, spreadsheets and websites to their fullest extent. Microsoft Office experience required.

Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively communicate information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees of the company.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide whole numbers. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.

Reasoning Skills: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but standard written or oral instructions. Ability to effectively respond to customer problems or complaints under pressure.

Appearance: Employees will be required to maintain a neat and clean appearance at all times.

Control Room Managers typically work in an enclosed office space. This position is largely sedentary, and work will be fast paced. The ideal candidate should be able to shift priorities quickly based on business needs, carry out a variety of recurring technical activities, and coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms.
