We are looking for a Rebate Programs Administrator for a 6 month contract in our Customer Service department here in our Carlsbad office to help liaison between the customer and our rebate vendors.

JOB SUMMARY*

This position is responsible for Customer service via telephone; data entry, mail opening and sorting, filing and consistent monitoring of email box in accordance with company processes and procedures, while acting as a liaison between the customer and our rebate vendors.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*

Daily processing of all in-season and off-season rebates.

  • Formatting CSV file and submitting rewards card funding requests to Finance for payment.
  • Responsible for receptionist coverage every lunch hour and upon request.

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

*
Function as a back-up phone support for CFL Advocate for all regions when necessary.

  • Other duties assigned as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

*
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to multi-task.

  • Must take direction well, and follow instructions carefully, but also must be comfortable using common sense and personal judgment to help determine the validity of a customer claims.
  • Good written and pleasant verbal communication skills.

REQUIRED*

*
Must have 2 years experience delivering customer service with a positive attitude and cheerful disposition.

  • Must be able to type 50 WPM.
  • High school education or equivalent.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS*
While performing the duties of this job, employees are regularly required to read and write, sit, walk within the facility to access file cabinets, documents ,stand; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; reach with hands and arms; and lift up to 10 pounds. They also occasionally move objects weighing up to 20 lbs., and sometimes, but rarely, up to 50 lbs.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
