Contract Manager US-remote Cohesity's Legal Department is seeking a driven, ambitious contract manager to join our growing commercial team. Candidates in Europe and the USA will be considered. This position is primarily remote, but we have existing team concentrations in San Jose, California and Dublin, Ireland. The role involves responsibility for the management and administration of contracts, and also offers a genuine opportunity to expand areas of responsibility within a dynamic and fast-growing company. It is not an attorney/lawyer role, but may be perfect for a non-practicing / practice support lawyer. The role will involve: The successful candidate may be asked to spend a short period of time (1-2 weeks) in San Jose or Dublin, Ireland for training. How You'll Spend Your Time Here Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized university. 2+ years experience in Contract Management or a similar role. Key Attributes: The successful candidate will: We expect the successful candidate to have some but not all required skills on day one; aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn are more important than existing skills. Bonus, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
