Contract Instructor - Workforce Development - Pharmacy Tech Program Details

Manchester Community College is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in contract teaching at the College in a classroom setting; strong academic background is required. The focus area is in pharmacy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: A minimum of an earned Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited college or university, with a major field of study in pharmacy.
  • Practicing or Retired Pharmacist

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in varied pharmacy work environments, for example retail, home healthcare, hospital; aptitude for teaching in the field.
  • Higher education teaching experience in the pharmacy field.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Scope of Work:

To coordinate course, course delivery and program activities for non-credit Pharmacy Technician Certification Training at Manchester Community College. The position is a contractual, temporary position for a specified contract period.
