Position Summary:
This position is responsible for reviewing a high volume of various and complex contract documents, prioritize next steps, take appropriate actions, including scheduling/conducting Operations Team review, ADT legal review, completing Prequalification process, ordering ADT licenses, Certificates of Insurance.
Regularly interact with senior management seeking review and approval of terms and conditions, with general contractors regarding revisions and items for rejection/further negotiation. Interact with customer to provide contract negotiation status, etc. and maintain detailed records of actions taken.
Duties and responsibilities:
Reviewing a high volume of complex contract documents, identifying conflicts, i.e., unacceptable terms and conditions, revising appropriately, garnering business fulfillment review, and legal review and approval
Preparing and assembling electronic document packages for distribution to relevant parties
Responding to internal customer requests in an accurate and timely manner
Completing internal and external forms with pre-defined / provided information and requesting needed information from internal departments to ensure completeness and accuracy
Communicate/coordinate with various ADT departments to compile current/accurate company information
Minimum Education and Experience:
BS/BA or equivalent in education and/or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2-3 years experience in the contract administration field and in an administrative capacity.
Additional Skills and Certifications:
Highly detailed oriented, strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated skill set in tact and diplomacy
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to work in a high demand/fast paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Word
