Requisition ID: 20419 Job Location(s):Searcy, AR, US Job Description The Continuous Improvement (CI) Technician reports directly to the CI Manager, and is responsible for practical application of the basic Lean tools and conducting / leading Kaizen activities throughout the manufacturing and administrative areas of the plant. The CI Tech is responsible to document and implement any and all cost saving opportunities as they are presented. The CI tech will be responsible to foster a culture of sustainable change by applying LEAN and SIX SIGMA methodologies based on DBS approach (Danfoss Business System) creating impact across all KPI’s delivering world class products to customers on time.
