Continuing Education - Motorcycle Site Coordinator

- With Program Planner, prepare and revise curriculum for the Motorcycle Safety Program to comply with federal and state regulations and align with the Motorcycle Safety Foundation standards. Develop written policies and procedures, establish program standards, and modify as needed
- Schedule class offerings and assign instructors to motorcycle programs
- Monitor classes and range
- Assist staff in compiling required paperwork after each class
- Evaluate instruction, programs, examinations and outcomes to ensure the quality of service and continuation of funding. Advise and assist the Program Planner with implementation of program improvements
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with community partners for contractual needs and support (including, but not limited to, other Motorcycle programs, campus law enforcement, dealers, safety associations, schools, Department of Revenue, Department of Transportation, Office on Highway Safety, the Motorcycle Safety Foundation, and any others deemed necessary)
- Monitor records of attendance and completion for participants of Motorcycle Programs
- Must be able to delegate tasks and supervise employees
Required Qualifications- Must possess valid driver’s license and operate a motor vehicle. Must possess a valid motorcycle rider license endorsement
- Certification as a MSF Rider Coach Trainer
Preferred Qualifications- Minimum of three years teaching and/or managerial experience
- Experience as a motorcycle safety instructor
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
