Duties include researching relevant topics for stories, interviewing individuals for stories and creating new and engaging content. The Content Specialist will work collaboratively with Marketing and Communications staff and staff throughout the University to share and adapt content for various audiences. The Content Specialist will edit and proof content submitted by other writers and review external communications and marketing materials to ensure consistency in messaging and brand standards across the University. Duties may also include updating webpages in the University’s Content Management System, creating e-newsletters, and developing copy for ads, correspondence to external partners and presentations.
