The Role

Looking for an ambitious leader who is client obsessed and loves working collaboratively with teams to deliver extraordinary client experiences. Strong history of delivering digital experiences that engage and enrich customers’ lives.

  • Identifying and creating premier client experiences for Fidelity’s newest digital experience and working in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • Pulling information together across a diverse set of individuals and teams and articulating the full story across multiple streams of work.
  • Staying intellectually curious and embracing a growth mindset as you ramp up quickly on innovative concepts and approaches
  • Identifying innovative strategies that motivate young customers to engage in app-based financial learning
  • Collaborating closely with Business Analysts, User Experience Designers, Content Managers, and Back-end Developers to create a consistent, end-to-end product vision and customer experience.
  • Defining experimentation agendas and assessing work against critical metrics, revenue targets, and scorecards.

  • Results-oriented and able to own several initiatives at once while working independently to complete tasks in high-quality, timely manner.
  • High-level understanding of APIs, and how data is captured, stored, and used to create great customer experiences.
  • Ability to partner with development teams and ensure requirements are clearly defined and understood.
  • Stays persistent and owns the outcome while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Thinks broadly – ability to consider the customer’s total relationship with Fidelity while focusing on a specific product experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to cross-functional collaboration in an agile, client-centric, dynamic environment – true passion for test and learn!
  • Willing to think beyond traditional financial services to drive best-in-class experiences.
  • Stays close to the customer and understands customer needs.
  • Keeps a pulse on emerging fintech offerings, financial planning and education tools, user experience, mobile experiences, and social trends.
  • Synthesizes complex data from multiple, disparate sources and presents analysis, relevant insights, and themes in a simple/clear way.
  • Drives competitive advantage through superior customer experience and targeted customer communications.
  • Participates in and leads readiness and roll out activities for customers and Fidelity associates.
  • Experience in Agile and Jira a plus
  • Bachelor’s or equivalent with 8 years of work experience or 6 years with a Master's Degree

The Acquisition and Loyalty Product Area is responsible for building innovate acquisition programs and enhancing acquisition engine within the Marketing Domain. We provide our clients with innovative savings products and tools and the best digital experience Fidelity has to offer.
