This position might be a fit for you if: Location: Washington DC Reports to: Construction Manager Skill Level: Mid-level Areas of Expertise: Working with RFQ’s, SoW’s, Change orders, project accounting Compensation: $65k +/- per year DOE Overview: The Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for providing oversight of the budget, schedule, subcontractors and materials of all DI, EEM rehab projects for Multifamily housing properties. The Site Supervisor will provide direction and support to the subcontractors, work closely and collaboratively with others within ICAST (such as sales and engineering departments) to ensure successful completion of projects. The Site Supervisor is responsible for projects being completed, providing weekly updates, both verbal and written to management to highlight progress and alert of issues.
