We're currently seeking a Construction Project Manager at our home office in Orlando, FL. You will be a key member of the Facilities Management Team and will be responsible for organizing and overseeing brand projects at site locations across the company. Working with management and outside vendors, you will keep projects organized and positively moving forward to meet deadlines with all stakeholders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Visit new and existing company properties to review project needs and upgrades and develop a scope of work and completion timeline
  • Competitively bid all vendor services for each project in accordance with scope of work
  • Maintain and update project schedules for each project as necessary
  • Provide timely and accurate project documentation and reporting including, but not limited to, project meeting minutes; project purchase orders and change orders; verification of appropriate insurance certificates; execution of project status updates; execute vendor close out letters
  • Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with all company representatives and service providers operating on the project, including but not limited to building operations and maintenance; security; owner’s representatives; architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and vendors
  • Conduct weekly partner and construction meetings on each project providing reporting as needed Manage project finances in coordination with our accounting group
  • Ensure contracting process is followed and service levels are met in compliance with agreements
  • Provide excellence in all phases of Corporate Real Estate Project Management activities, including, but not limited to, program development, budgeting, planning and design, project milestone scheduling, services contracting of multi-disciplinary project teams, conflict resolution, project implementation oversight, project closure
  • Handle other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business Management, or similar, is preferred.
  • Ability to travel throughout the company
  • Possess and maintain a current valid Driver’s License
  • Experience in construction management and portfolio maintenance
  • Experience in project management and organizational skills
  • Overseeing physical brand implementation on a multi-state/location platform
  • Demonstrable efficiency with Internet and desktop computer applications
