We are seeking a Multi-Family Construction Manager professional in the Mid-Atlantic region. This person must have multi-family renovation experience with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Reporting to the Vice President of Mid-Atlantic Region, Chad Allen, you will be charged with ensuring that each renovation project is running optimally by using your project management skills and relational skills. Tactical work includes: Responsibilities: Requirements: Experience: 5 years of Construction/Project Management experience in the multifamily industry. Preferably multifamily renovation experience and knowledge of construction codes and ordinances. Education: A bachelor's degree in construction management or building engineer or have related work experience, and preferably pursuing advanced training and certifications. Technical Skills: Must be proficient at using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and Project. Experience with Bill.com and Salesforce is a plus. Candidate must have reliable and dependable transportation, a valid driver's license, and have a willingness to drive as required by the project(s). This position requires regular travel to and from renovation projects. This individual will be expected to travel about 50-75% of the time on average.
