Responsibilities

You’ll Make a Difference:
  • Selects construction materials under foreman's directions
  • Shapes and assembles projects under the direction of foreman
  • Installs construction material including wood, plastics, concrete, steel, hardware, glass, and other materials
  • Knows and understands the operation of all shop machinery relative to Carpentry trade
  • Works with hand and portable power tools associated with trade
  • Interprets and works from construction drawings and schematics
  • Knows grades of plywood and MDO boards
  • Maintains and performs daily, weekly, monthly inspections and Rehab work on wooden roller coasters as required
  • Understands and works with other building trader groups
  • Keeps shop neat and clean
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
