As a Systems Analyst (technology support technician), you will be required to provide support for a wide range of technical issues relating to the home and small business markets. The position involves troubleshooting issues relating to hardware, operating systems and applications and providing an appropriate level of advice on technical issues to a non-technical audience. You will be required to manage customer requests from receiving the initial call to resolving the issue which could involve traveling to another site or use of remote software. You must have a good driving record and be able to drive a company vehicle on a daily basis. Common tasks include recommending and configuring software and hardware to resolve issues and improve the performance of computer environments. Systems Analysts install, configure, monitor, and manage software to manage our client’s system environments. They also install, modify and make minor repairs to computer hardware and software systems and provides technical assistance and training to system users Experience: Daily Tasks: Because of the changing nature of our business, your job description will inevitably change.
