Computer User Support Specialist/IT
Full Time – Immediate Hiring

Summary:
Provides tech support via telephone, software, or hardware systems to employees regarding the use of computer hardware or software products. Maintains a user/help desk relationship with staff and provides various IT assistance ranging from software or hardware use to include email, faxing, printing, use of Microsoft 365 tools to include SharePoint and Teams.
Other related duties:
- Logs and tracks NMCI help desk calls through resolution
- Processes and Tracks IT assets using Government provided asset tracking system
- Provides site administration support for users using site Microsoft SharePoint
- Supports the creation, management, and maintenance of PMA-226 SharePoint
- Assist in Administrative tasks in support of IT Department.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology or related field
- 3+ years working with SharePoint, and MS Teams
- Familiar with NMCI approved Microsoft Office Products
- 3+ years Help Desk/Customer Service
- Secret Clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- A+ Certification
- CCNA Certification
- Experience working with DoD IT systems
- Familiarity with NMCI
