Computer Based Training Programmer

Job Description:
- Create methods and tools to support computer-based training development.
- Debug computer-based training products to resolve problems.
- Recommend and incorporate changes to computer-based training elements to maintain the currency of course materials.
- Work with industry vendors to influence future product releases.
- Serve as lead programmer for Computer Based Training (CBT) production.
- Review training products to ensure compliance with applicable standards and specifications.

- Experience with Adobe Captivate.
- Experience with Adobe Animate.
- Experience with Adobe Dreamweaver.
- Experience with Adobe Flash.
- Experience with CBT Authoring Application.
- Bachelor's degree and 9 or more years of experience, Master's degree and 7 or more years of experience, or 13 or more years of experience in lieu of education.
