BASIC FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITY: Performs professional and technical support associated with the implementation, maintenance and operation of computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systems. Responsible for performing
facility condition assessment inspections, maintaining facility condition documents, updating facility management records, and assisting in development of bond programs. Other responsibilities may include reviewing and analyzing architect, engineer, and contractor cost estimate, bids, change orders, invoices, labor rates, physical design/construction progress.

Management of Administrative, Fiscal and/or Facilities Functions:
? Coordinate procurement of facility condition assessment services using consultant pool or request for qualifications (RFQ) process.
? Coordinate annual condition assessments with District staff and contractors.
? Coordinate creation of facility asset records and linking with computer-aided design (CAD) plans containing data objects.
? Coordinate bond study activities with District staff and community volunteers.
? Coordinate departmental activities with other District offices and administrators and provide assistance to requesting departments.
? Follow District and department policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,183.20 - $58,760.00 per year
