Corporate Compensation Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and present compensation components to applicants and employees
- Design quality visual aid support for compensation presentations by using Google and Microsoft digital platforms
- Provide leadership, motivation, and support for employees including management
- Provide overview and further detailed explanation of pay plan requirements, measurements, and ways to achieve them
- Manage administrative duties for the HR/Compensation departments
Corporate Compensation Coordinator Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in HR or training
- Exceptional written, oral and presentation skills, accompanied by strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Google Platform/Microsoft proficiency
- Ability to absorb and apply new information quickly and effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize work and multitask as necessary
- Ability to quickly and effectively modify training content based on feedback
- Strong ability to work independently as a self starter, but also contribute as a team player in the HR/Compensation Departments
- Associate's degree preferred, but not required
- Occasional travel within the Northern Virginia area (All Locations within approx. 20 Miles from HQ)
