Job Summary: The QMHP Assistant/CSA will respond to all issues related to the provision of a low demand, 24 hour emergency shelter. Activities will be directed toward providing a safe therapeutic environment where residents can establish a trusting relationship with each other, the staff and the program. The QMHP Assistant/CSA works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

Education:

Required:

  • High school diploma or GED is required.

Preferred:

  • Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree with amajor specialization in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.

License:

Required:

  • Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in working with homeless individuals.

Experience:

Preferred:

  • Bilingual in Spanish

Hours: Full-time; 40 hours per week/hours vary. Please inquire during interview.

Salary: $31,200
