The Community Impact team works to align our culture and business practices towards our values and purpose. The Operations Manager will lead the work of turning our annual Community Impact budget and strategy into manageable projects, programs, and processes; ensure focused execution against our key commitments; and hold us accountable to milestones, metrics, and deliverables. The Operations Manager will oversee the work of our growing Community Impact team to deliver the work, and manage contributions from other evo teams and outside resources where needed. Throughout the course of the year, the CI Ops Manager will partner with the Senior Manager, Community Impact to align key internal stakeholders through regular strategy and progress updates. 1. Impact Strategy – Organization of Impact team and priorities 2. Project Management / Program Operations – Operationalizing the strategy 3. Support development of systems and tools to manage all grantmaking. 4.
