Employment Type : Full-Time

We are seeking a full time Community Clinic Manager with at least two or more years of clinic office management experience. Experience in a community clinic setting is required.

Action Care Community Clinic is an oasis for primary and preventive health, dental, mental health and alternative medicine, as well as coordinated social services.

Qualities of this role include: professional, self-motivating, independent, organized, communicative, available, observant and thorough.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all of our clinic's departments day to day operations and personnel.
• Source and manage grant opportunities in order to promote sustainability and expansion.
• Direct clinic operations, along with the development team, in a manner that supports a patient-centered practice.
• Assess employee performance and delegate responsibilities. Clinic manager is responsible for supervision and on-boarding necessary staff. Hiring practices support clinic growth and reflect necessary expertise.
• Work collaboratively with departmental Directors to implement appropriate healthcare programs.
• Coordinate with the office assistants for day-to-day tasks and projects.
• Establish and enforce clinic compliance according to healthcare policies, state and federal guidelines (incl. OSHA, HIPPA, etc.).
• Supervision of the billing department to ensure that claims are being submitted and paid on time (evaluate A/R reports).

?Qualifications:

• 2+ years in healthcare management
• Experience in a community clinic setting required
• Excellent leadership qualities
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• A college degree in business or healthcare management is preferred but not required
• Experience sourcing/managing grants on state and federal levels desired
