Job Skills / ResponsibilitiesRESPONSIBILITIES:
Works with Community Association Manager to produce and gather various Community Start-Up documents and information.Provides administrative support to the Community Associations and Community Design teams.
Provides database support by entering and maintaining Association Fees, distributing reports and checklists.
Maintains Standard Specifications for key services (Landscape Maintenance, Fertilization, Pool Maintenance, Cleaning, Exercise Equipment, Clubhouse Management, etc.)
Manages the Community Associations Helpdesk via Teamwork.Creates Websites for Associations to serve as a tool for Board members, homeowners, management companies, etc.
Manages Improvement Application and Architectural Review Committee process and procedures.
Maintains Quarterly Community Appearance site visit schedule and participates in site visits in each Fischer Homes market (Louisville, NKY, Cincinnati, Dayton, Indianapolis, Columbus, Atlanta, St. Louis)

REQUIREMENTS:
Capability to prioritize and manage various, detailed tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Forms, etc.)
Knowledge and experience with database management - primarily data entry and queries.Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
